Well, the scientists suggest that a normal healthy man should at least take 8 Glasses of water for better health in Winter. You ain't gonna have any time for you to sacrifice your sleep indeed if you implement properly or at least try to implement. Well, now the thing that matters is your commitment to your goals. So according to the opinion of Medical professionals, proper sleep is the necessity for a healthy mind and healthy life. Well, so what should be the criteria of the length of sleep for a student. As a student, it is suggested that one should at least take 7 hours of sleep a day for the implementation of long-term studies. Yes, people do sacrifice their sleep duration but it can't be kept consistent for long as it consumes your health and strength.
